Standard Installation: Utilize a 2-man crew to arrive at the prescheduled appointment. After arriving at
customer’s home within the appointment window, review the shock and tilt sensors on the box, and note
indication of tilting or shock on the work order. After unpacking TV, making sure box is not damaged, place the Flat
Panel TV with base on level surface, as directed by customer. Assemble small tv stand under 30 inches as
directed by the customer. Install and integrate any new or existing video components into the existing audio
system in the same room. Components not included are monitors, CPUs, printers, scanners, networks,
telephones, fax machines or wireless routers. Installers will not install satellites or run video feeds from satellites
to the room. Place speakers on shelf or floor (no wall or bracket mounts included). Neatly connect and group all
wires and cables (no hiding of wires or drilling included). Program up to two (2) non-learning remote control
devices to operate connected components (remote controls not included). Supply up to twenty (20) minutes of
customer orientation and education. Verify with customer that work has been performed satisfactorily, and have
customer sign-off on work order and customer acceptance form. Remove packaging at customer’s request.

making sure box is not damaged; utilize a two-man crew to install the Flat Panel TV. Secure the mounting bracket
(customer supplied) to a standard wall frame or masonry wall. Mount and secure the Flat Panel TV. Connect the
TV to a pre-existing AC power supply, using neat wire management. No cords will be concealed in the wall. Install
and integrate any new or existing video components into the existing audio system in the same room using neat
wire management from the tuner source to the TV, up to fifteen (15) feet. Components NOT included are monitors,
CPUs, printers, scanners, networks, telephones, fax machines or wireless routers. Installers will not install
satellites or run video feeds from satellites to the room. Place speakers on shelf or floor (no wall or bracket
mounts included). Neatly connect and group all wires and cables (no hiding of wires or drilling included). Program
up to two (2) non-learning remote control devices to operate connected components (remote controls not
included). Supply up to twenty (20) minutes of customer orientation and education. Verify with customer that work

wire management system, and finish off all walled cables with either wall bushing or a wall plate. In locations with
inadequate access for standard wall fishing or walls with insulation, vapor barriers, or any other obstruction, the
wires may be concealed by matching or paint able track molding provided by customer. Program up to two (2) non-
learning styles remotes control devices to operate connected components (remote controls not included). Supply
up to twenty (20) minutes of customer orientation and education. Verify with customer that work has been
performed satisfactorily, and have customer sign-off on work order and customer acceptance form. Remove

recorder, Audio tape deck, Mini-disk player, existing Home Theater Speaker System (up to 5 speakers), and/or
Home Theater in a box. Components not included are monitors, CPUs, printers, scanners, networks, telephones,
fax machines or wireless routers. Installers will not install satellites or run video feeds from satellites to the room.
